For bet settlement purposes, the official result is the result recognized by the relevant governing body or organizer.
What If the Result Is Not Immediately Available?
In some cases, a bet may remain unsettled while the result or relevant statistics are being confirmed.

Affected bets will be settled once the necessary information has been confirmed.
What Happens If Official Statistics Are Unavailable?
If official results or statistics are unavailable, Parivo may use another reliable source to determine the outcome of the relevant market, where permitted under the applicable Sportsbook Rules.
The information used must provide a sufficiently reliable basis for settlement.
What If There Is a Discrepancy in the Results?
Scores, results, and statistics displayed on the Parivo website may be provided by third-party data providers and are primarily for informational purposes.
If there is a discrepancy between information displayed on the website and the official result, the applicable official result or verified settlement source will be used in accordance with the Sportsbook Rules.
In some cases, settlement may be temporarily delayed while the information is reviewed.
Can a Settled Bet Be Corrected?
Yes. If a bet has been settled incorrectly due to an error, incorrect data, or a subsequently corrected official result, Parivo may review and correct the settlement in accordance with the Sportsbook Rules.
Where necessary, the relevant account balance may be adjusted to reflect the corrected settlement.
What Happens If a Result Cannot Be Verified?
If the outcome of a market cannot be reliably verified, the affected bets may be declared void in accordance with the applicable Sportsbook Rules.
When a bet is void:

The stake is returned

No winnings are paid on the void selection

For combination bets, the void selection may be treated according to the applicable combination bet rules
Why Can Bet Settlement Be Delayed?
Although many bets are settled shortly after an event ends, some settlements may take longer.
This may be necessary when:

An official result is being reviewed or corrected
Delaying settlement when necessary helps ensure that bets are settled as accurately and fairly as possible.
