After you use all your Free Spins, any winnings you collect from them are temporarily placed in Queued status.
While your Free Spins winnings are Queued, they are not yet available to use as bonus money.
Complete Your Match Bonus First
Your Free Spins winnings remain Queued while your Match Bonus is active.
You need to finish the Match Bonus before the Free Spins winnings can be released.
The Match Bonus is considered finished when it ends, regardless of whether you:
- Successfully complete the wagering requirements, or
- Do not complete the wagering requirements and the bonus ends.
Free Spins Winnings Are Released
Once your Match Bonus is finished, the winnings collected from your Free Spins are released from Queued status and become available as Bonus Money.
Please note that winnings from Free Spins are subject to wagering requirements.
You will need to complete the applicable wagering requirements before the Free Spins winnings can become withdrawable real-money funds.
