Important Information for Cryptocurrency Deposits
When depositing with cryptocurrency, always carefully verify the selected cryptocurrency, wallet address, and blockchain network before sending your funds.
For example, if you select a specific network such as ERC20 or TRC20, make sure you send your funds using the same network.
Important: Sending cryptocurrency using incorrect payment details or an unsupported blockchain network may result in the permanent loss of funds.
Always review the deposit details carefully before confirming your transaction.
6. Funds Are Added to Your Balance
Once the payment has been successfully processed, your balance will update automatically.
You can return to the Overview tab to check your updated wallet balance and transaction status.
Will I Receive a Bonus?
If your deposit qualifies for an active promotion, an eligible bonus may be credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion's Terms and Conditions.
Bonus availability and eligibility may vary depending on the promotion and your account.
You can check the Promotions section of the website to view the offers currently available to you.
Tips for a Smooth Deposit
To help ensure your deposit is processed smoothly:
-
Always double-check the payment limits for your chosen method.
-
Make sure your e-wallet or bank account has sufficient funds.
-
For cryptocurrency deposits, carefully verify that you have selected the correct blockchain network, such as ERC20 or TRC20.
-
If your deposit does not appear immediately, wait a few minutes, as some payment methods require additional confirmation.
