Forgot your password? Don't worry. You can reset your Parivo account password in just a few simple steps.

Step 1: Open the Login Page

Go to the Parivo website and open the Login page.

Click Forgot Password? below the password field.

Step 2: Enter Your Registered Email Address

You will be taken to the password reset page.

Enter the email address associated with your Parivo account, then click Send Reset Link.

Important: Make sure you enter the same email address you used when creating your account.

Step 3: Check Your Email

A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address.

Open your inbox and look for an email from Parivo.

If you cannot find it, check your:

• Spam folder

• Junk folder

• Promotions tab, if applicable

If the email does not arrive immediately, wait a few minutes before requesting another reset link.

Step 4: Open the Password Reset Link

Open the email and click the password reset link.

You will be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.

Note: For security reasons, password reset links may expire after a certain period of time. If your link has expired or no longer works, simply request a new one.

Step 5: Create a New Password

Choose a new password that meets the requirements displayed during the password reset process.

For better account security, we recommend choosing a password that is difficult for others to guess.

Avoid using:

• Easily guessed passwords

• Personal information, such as your name or date of birth

• The same password you use on other websites or services

Once you have entered and confirmed your new password, complete the password reset process.

Step 6: Log In to Your Account

Return to the Parivo Login page and enter:

1. Your registered email address

2. Your new password

Click Login to access your account.

Troubleshooting Password Reset Issues

I Didn't Receive the Password Reset Email

If you haven't received the email:

1. Make sure you entered your registered email address correctly.

2. Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.

3. Wait a few minutes for the email to arrive.

4. Request a new password reset link if necessary.

If you still cannot find the email, please contact our Customer Support team.

The Password Reset Link Doesn't Work

Password reset links may expire or become invalid after they have been used.

If your link doesn't work, return to the Forgot Password? page and request a new reset link.

I No Longer Have Access to My Registered Email Address

If you no longer have access to the email address connected to your Parivo account, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

You may be asked to provide additional information or complete verification before we can assist with account recovery.
