Why Was My Withdrawal Declined?

If your withdrawal request has been declined, don't worry—it does not necessarily mean there is a problem with your account. A withdrawal may be declined for several reasons, including verification requirements, active bonuses, applicable withdrawal limits, payment details, or other requirements under the applicable Terms and Conditions.

Below are some of the most common reasons why a withdrawal request may be declined and what you can do next.

1. Required Verification Has Not Been Completed

Certain withdrawals may require verification before they can be processed.

Bank Transfer Withdrawals

KYC verification is always mandatory for Bank Transfer withdrawals. Before your withdrawal can be processed, our Support Team will contact you by email and provide details of the documents required.

Cryptocurrency Withdrawals

Cryptocurrency withdrawals generally do not require KYC verification. However, we reserve the right to request full or partial KYC verification where required.

If verification is requested, it must be successfully completed before your withdrawal can be processed.

What You Can Do

Provide all requested documents and complete any required verification as soon as possible.

Depending on your case, you may be asked to provide documents such as:

  • A valid Passport, Driving Licence, or National ID Card

  • A recent Utility Bill

  • Proof of ownership of your deposit or withdrawal account

  • Additional documentation where required

Important: If requested documentation is not received within 5 business days, your withdrawal request may be declined and the funds returned to your balance.

2. An Active Bonus Is Present on Your Account

Withdrawals are not available while an active bonus is present on your account.

Any associated wagering requirements must be fully completed before a withdrawal request can be submitted.

What You Can Do

Complete all applicable wagering requirements before submitting a new withdrawal request.

3. Your Withdrawal Amount Does Not Meet the Applicable Limits

All withdrawal limits are subject to factors including:

  • Your country of residence

  • Account currency

  • Selected payment method

  • VIP status

  • Applicable regulatory requirements

The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts available to you are displayed on the payment-methods page.

If your withdrawal request does not comply with the applicable limits, it may be declined and the funds returned to your balance.

What You Can Do

Check the current minimum and maximum limits available for your selected payment method and submit a new request within the applicable limits.

Note: Withdrawal limits may change in accordance with legal, regulatory, operational, or risk management requirements.

4. Your Payment or Withdrawal Details Require Correction

A withdrawal may be delayed or unable to be processed if the required payment information or documentation is incomplete or does not meet the applicable requirements.

This may include required information relating to your selected withdrawal method or proof of ownership of the relevant payment account.

What You Can Do

Review the information and documents requested for your withdrawal and ensure they are complete and accurate before submitting them.

5. Additional Security or Verification Checks Are Required

We may request additional verification or documentation before processing a withdrawal.

We may also require phone verification.

If phone verification cannot be successfully completed, the withdrawal request may be declined and the funds returned to your balance.

What You Can Do

Complete any additional verification requested by our Support Team so your withdrawal can be reviewed.

6. The Withdrawal Cannot Be Processed Through the Requested Payment Method

Available payment methods may change from time to time, and each payment method has its own requirements.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to process withdrawals through the same payment method used for the original deposit. However, an alternative payment channel may be used if necessary.

Cryptocurrency Withdrawals

If your deposit was made using cryptocurrency and your withdrawal is also requested in cryptocurrency, the withdrawal will be processed in the same cryptocurrency used for the original deposit.

In special cases where an alternative withdrawal method is required, please contact our Support Team to discuss the available options.

7. The Terms and Conditions or Bonus Terms Have Not Been Met

Once all required documentation has been received, withdrawal requests are reviewed in accordance with the applicable:

  • Terms and Conditions

  • Bonus Terms and Conditions

If the applicable requirements have not been met, a withdrawal request may be declined.

What You Can Do

Make sure you have completed all required verification and wagering requirements and that your withdrawal request complies with the applicable terms.

8. Deposit Funds Have Not Been Wagered Sufficiently

The Company reserves the right to deduct up to 28% from the requested withdrawal amount if the deposited funds have not been wagered at least 3x before submitting a withdrawal request.

If the total amount wagered since your last deposit is less than three (3) times the value of that deposit, the Company may charge transaction processing costs related to deposits and withdrawals.

This decision is at the sole discretion of the Company.

What You Can Do

Review the applicable wagering requirements before submitting your withdrawal request.

What Should I Do If My Withdrawal Is Declined?

If your withdrawal request has been declined, we recommend the following:

  1. Check whether any verification or documentation is required.

  2. Make sure there is no active bonus on your account and that all associated wagering requirements have been completed.

  3. Check that your withdrawal amount is within the applicable minimum and maximum limits.

  4. Review any required payment information or documentation and ensure it is complete and accurate.

  5. Complete any requested additional or phone verification.

  6. Review the applicable Terms and Conditions and Bonus Terms and Conditions.

  7. Submit a new withdrawal request once the applicable issue has been resolved.
